With the release of 2025.1, the new request module for controlling cross-system and cross-departmental processes is now available in rms. Tasks are triggered in downstream systems, and results are transferred or returned from sub-processes.
- The rms request module enables separate management of orders in conjunction with entities and instances of rms.
- The data fields required for the request module can be flexibly adapted in rms to the data requirements of the integrated/to-be-integrated peripheral systems.
- Data can be exchanged fully automatically via individual and generic interfaces.
- Status information can be digitally managed across process/system boundaries.
