In a first step, working packages are defined based on a rough concept of the needed solution. These packages are divided into self-contained sub-modules and structure the overall project into manageable portions. 

Each working package is going through a cycle where requirements are clearly defined and described in an comprehensible concept targeted to the business department. The technical concept describes the technical implementation and is addressed to the IT department of the client. Parallel to programming test concepts and test plans are created based on the functional and technical concepts. It is essential that the client is already involved in the systems test at level of working packages. As a result, it is possible to identify and solve needs for adjustments in a very early stage of the project.

In addition, we accompany our clients along the technical roll-out as well as during operations with support like migration, training, and maintenance services etc.
