VÖB-Service GmbH is a company of the Association of Public Banks (Bundesverbandes Öffentlicher Banken Deutschlands) specialized on the marketing of products and services to financial institutions and public administration. VÖB service is the exclusive distributor of e.stradis' credit risk management system rms for the member institutions of the Association of Public Banks.

BiPRO e.V. - Brancheninitiative Prozessoptimierung (Industry initiative for process optimisation) aims to make cross-company processes within the insurance industry more efficient by defining standardized processes. To achieve this goal, BiPRO offers a forum and standardized procedures for identifying improvement potentials, defining and standardizing interfaces and management of adjustments and improvements over time (change management). 

Essential element of the BiPRO approach it is that standardization proposals will only get the official status of a "standard" if they are successfully implemented and their usability is proven in practive. The purpose of this approach is "to achieve a market penetrating optimization of electronic processes between insurers, distribution partners and other service providers, to reduce costs, to lower market entry barriers and to develop new marktes and customer target groups." 

e.stradis is active member of BiPRO since July 2008.

The aim of the Research Center Finance & Information Management by Prof. Dr. Hans Ulrich Buhl at the University of Augsburg is to advance research in this area, to expand it into practice and to strengthen the knowledge transfer. In joint projects, the client benefits from the combination of scientific state-of-the-art and effective implementation and maintenance of systems by e.stradis.
