The EU Directive on Insurance Mediation and the VVG-Reform 2008 tightened the requirements for consultancy documentation. As a result a legal compliant argumentation is required to be part of the required consultancy documentation. From a consultant standpoint this can also be seen as an opportunity to present the quality and the added value of his consultancy work to his customer based on a transparent and understandable documentation.
To establish a group wide documentation standard and to support the consultant most efficiently, e.stradis has designed and developed a trend setting documentation tool for the ZSH financial services. The consultant is now able to create a legal compliant documentation with just a few clicks and inputs.
At the same time the tool enables a comprehensive benchmark of different tariffs and offers sales support. The consultant has the option to choose any tariffs for the benchmark. He can also set selection criteria to research comparable tariffs for a specific benchmark.
The tool is in use for all insurance lines such as for provisional insurance, corporate retirement provisions, health insurance or property insurance. New insurance products can simply be added to the product database by using the generic mapping function developed by e.stradis.
